Food Truck / Kiosk Cart Development and Customer Relationship Workshop
COURSE GOALS: To teach owners, managers, employees and operators to establish and develop more profitable relationships and build brand loyalty with existing and potential new customers. To assist the owner operator in developing and implementing a customer-focused long term business development strategy.
COURSE CONTENT AND FORMAT: Communications skills tests, participatory discussions, structured group interaction discussions, team building exercises, restaurant case studies and formal ordering presentations using your concession food truck or kiosk cart. The training includes digital taping of the participants as a self-diagnostic teaching tool and a step-by-step systematic approach to instruct owners and operators client loyalty building, proper order taking methods, add-on sales techniques for building the ticket average, and analysis on the development of repeat customers (loyalty). Training focuses on real life experiences and examples including role playing. Actual restaurant case studies from real experience and actual training and not marketing concepts or sales tips and techniques adopted from generic marketing or large chain restaurant sales training programs.
SUGGESTED COURSE PARTICIPANTS: Owners, operators, salespeople and their selected associates. This program is designed for up to six per workshop, to maximize the owner’s potential benefits; the initial group should include the management leadership or owners of the concessions kiosks/carts.
